Thinai adai

Thinai adai
Thinai - 1 cup
Thuvar dhal - 1/2 cup
Gram dhal - 1/2 cup
Urad dhal - 1 tbsp
Hing - 1/2 tsp
Salt as required
Red chillies - 6
Wash & soak the grains for 2 hours. Grind it with salt,hing & red chillies.
Then make adais
Shredded cabbage,carrots,onions could be added to the dough.
